1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and naght88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the naght88 website located at https://naght88.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, payment processing, customer support, and promotional programmes.

By accessing the naght88 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the platform.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. The effective date of the current version of this Agreement is 1 January 2026. Players who registered prior to this date are subject to these updated terms from the effective date onward.

naght88 operates as an online entertainment platform. Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using naght88 is lawful in their place of residence before creating an account or placing any wager.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to naght88 and all real-money gaming services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. naght88 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. Players aged under 18 are absolutely prohibited from creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on naght88.
• You are accessing naght88 as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of naght88 or any of its technology or content partners.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under duress, coercion, or while subject to a self-exclusion order from naght88 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had a naght88 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

naght88 uses technical and procedural safeguards to detect and prevent underage access. Any player who provides false information during registration — including false date of birth — is in material breach of this Agreement. naght88 reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and close any account where fraudulent registration information is discovered, regardless of the balance held at the time of closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

To participate in real-money gaming on naght88, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active naght88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. naght88 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, payment method cross-referencing, and identity document matching to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited at naght88's sole discretion.

• You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your naght88 username and password at all times.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• naght88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from naght88 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• All transactions, bets, and activity recorded on your account while your credentials are in use are deemed to be authorised by you, unless you have formally notified naght88 of a security compromise prior to the activity occurring.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify naght88 support at [email protected] without delay. naght88 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.
• naght88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account for operational, regulatory, security, or compliance reasons, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

naght88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on any account at any time, particularly where unusual transaction patterns, large withdrawal requests, or identity discrepancies are detected. Cooperation with EDD requests is a condition of continued account access. Accounts that fail to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may be suspended.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

naght88 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and standard bank transfer to and from Bangladeshi financial institutions including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at naght88's discretion without prior notice.

Deposit Terms: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by naght88, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to the player's naght88 balance in real time in the case of bKash and Nagad, or within one (1) banking business day for bank transfer methods. naght88 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own processing charges, which are outside naght88's control.

Withdrawal Terms: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours of 09:00 to 23:00, seven days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. naght88 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the naght88 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Identity and age verification must be completed before naght88 will process any withdrawal request. Players who have not submitted and passed verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold.
• naght88 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request above ৳50,000, including proof of source of funds.
• Deposits made by a particular payment method must generally be withdrawn to the same method up to the amount of the deposit; winnings above the deposit amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method on the account.
• naght88 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or other prohibited conduct associated with the account.
• Chargeback requests initiated through a payment provider without first contacting naght88 support constitute a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, naght88 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned to the Bangladesh cultural calendar including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournament periods such as BPL and T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and, where not otherwise stated, to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. naght88 reserves the right to restrict specific promotions to new players, existing players, or players in particular deposit tiers.
• All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live table games, sports bets, and other game categories may contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money deposit balances. Real-money funds are used first unless the platform specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
• Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• naght88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. 6 Gameplay & Fair Use Policy

• Collusion between players — including in live poker, live dealer games, or any head-to-head format — is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error may be voided at naght88's discretion.
• Screen scraping, data harvesting, or unauthorised access to naght88's systems or data infrastructure is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• naght88 reserves the right to impose bet limits, game access restrictions, or withdrawal caps on any account where unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

naght88 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that while gambling on naght88 is intended as entertainment for adults, a minority of players may develop problematic gambling habits. naght88 provides a suite of player protection tools and maintains a clear policy of supporting any player who believes their gambling is causing harm.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, further real-money gaming is suspended for the remainder of the limit period.

Any new accounts registered by self-excluded players will be closed and all balances returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.

8 Account Closure & Termination

Players may request closure of their naght88 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Prior to closure, naght88 will confirm the player's verified identity, settle any outstanding bets at their natural conclusion, and process any remaining verified balance to the player's registered payment method.

naght88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by naght88 following a formal verification request.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction requiring naght88 to close the account.
• Detection that the registered player is under 18 years of age.
• Detection that the player is subject to an active self-exclusion order on naght88 and has registered a new account in breach of that order.

Where an account is closed by naght88 for breach of this Agreement, naght88 may withhold some or all of the account balance at its sole discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Players whose accounts are closed for breach will be notified by email to their registered address with a summary explanation. naght88's decision in respect of account closure for breach is final.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between naght88 and the player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. naght88's failure to enforce any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
